The institution uploads and manages its permanent and temporary works and exhibitions using a simple web application. Each exhibition, and each work within it, can have a curatorial text that is edited by the institution in the same web application.
The system uses Artificial Intelligence to translate the texts and automatically generate high-quality audio guides in multiple languages, which can also include classical or popular music to help the visitor interact with the artwork.
Each work and exhibition can include a specialized audio guide for people with reduced vision or who are blind, which the system can automatically generate from the general guide.
Visitors can access the audio guides directly on their mobile phones through the institution's website. There is no need to register or download an app.
The system generates a QR code that the institution must print and place at the entrance. Upon entering, the visitor scans the QR code with their phone, which takes them to the institution's audio guide application.
Each exhibit and each artwork has a QR code and an audio number provided by the system, which the institution must print and place next to the artwork.
Visitors can search by that audio number or scan the QR code from the application to access each piece of content.
Institutions wishing to use this service can register for it on this page. The registration process is quick and easy, and requires no payment or credit card information.
Once registered, you will receive instructions via email on how to access the content management web application. The application has a simple and intuitive interface and requires no training.
Note that registration is for institutions; each institution then manages its own users. If your institution has registered, you can request access to the content management application from your institution.
